R&D Laser Processing started their business solely in flat laser cut parts. Because of that beginning they have become leaders in laser cutting capabilities and often times exceed the rated cutting capacities. They are currently running 3 Amada Lasers which allows them to run small quantity to large volume production runs.

- 2 - 4KW CO2 lasers with 60” x 120” cutting tables
- 1 – 4KW Fiber optic laser with 60” x 120” cutting tables
- 2 with material handling automation allowing lights out operation

- Up to 0.625” Stainless Steel
- Up to 0.625” Aluminum
- Up to 0.25” Copper / Red Metals
