About Us:

In 1998, R&D Laser processing, Inc. was formed and in 6 short years out grew several locations. Due to our continual growth, we finally decided to purchase a building and made our permanent home in a 20,000 sq. ft. facility at 1533 East Delavan, Janesville, WI.

Since, we have continued to grow our workforce, equipment and technology.

In 2015, we purchased a state of the art 4kw Amada FOL AJ Fiber Laser, complete with material handling automation. With this new tool, we have been able to stay abreast with the latest laser cutting technologies and stay extremely competitive in a very competitive marketplace.

During our years in business, we have also added many secondary operations such as forming, drilling, tapping, countersinking and vibratory tumbling. We have developed many great relationships with other companies, allowing us to offer additional capabilities – making us your source as a “one stop shop”.
